The Glanzs founding team

Sanjay and Ashwin first met at Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi, where discussions around markets, scale and systems shaped how they thought about business. After graduating, they stepped into high-growth roles across digital and operating environments. And one pattern became impossible to ignore.

E-commerce brands were scaling fast across marketplaces, D2C websites, paid media, offline retail and multiple channels. Performance lived in silos.
